Once your items are shipped, we unfortunately cannot be liable if they are lost, stolen or delayed. We offer shipping protection at checkout for protection from damage, loss and theft, up to $250. Our socks will shrink a little in their first washing; however, they are knit on the larger size to accommodate this and do stretch out once worn again. We recommend you machine wash your socks on gentle. No bleach. Dry on cool.
For a more eco-friendly cleaning process, we recommend you hand-wash your socks and air-dry them.
*Air-drying your clothes can reduce the avg. household’s carbon footprint by up to 2,400 lbs. a year!

I have nothing bad to say about this purchase. I loved the eco-friendly packaging, I loved the option to pay for carbon offsetting, and I loved how fast the shipment came in-- it took just 3 days! I've used my cozy every day since I got it, and it's perfect. My cup is a little too slick though, so if Solmate ever comes up with an eco-friendly design for the cozy to have more grip, I'll buy it lol. The socks are just too cute. I hope they're able to partner with more National Parks!
