As part of our commitment to sustainability, we work hard to keep as much material out of landfills as possible. Instead of tossing production remnants, we pass the sustainable goodness along to you for your crafting, rug making, and upcycling projects!
Raw Mill Waste: These loops and scraps are saved directly from the production of our socks. We do not manufacture, inspect, or sort them- every box is a random mystery mix of colors, fibers, and sizes straight from the mill floor.
We cannot fulfill requests for specific colors or materials and can only offer limited customer support. Our small customer service team handles sock orders only. They do not have visibility into scrap inventory or mill schedules, and cannot take loop calls, hold boxes, or respond to restock emails.
